Terms of Service
The terms that govern the use of the True North Home Watch website and services.
Services
True North Home Watch provides visual home watch inspections, concierge services and hurricane preparation as described on our website and in your service agreement. Specific services, frequency and pricing are set out in your individual agreement.
Scheduling & access
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to your property and for keeping utilities (including HVAC and water) active so we can perform inspections. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for additional or concierge services.
Payment
Home watch is billed monthly. Additional and concierge services, and hurricane packages, are billed as described in our pricing. Fees are due as set out in your service agreement.
Limitations
Home watch is a visual inspection service and is not a guarantee against loss, damage, or the failure of home systems. We are not a security, alarm or repair service. Please see our Service Disclaimer for details.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel service as described in your service agreement. Prepaid, unused amounts are handled according to that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
