Home watch is a scheduled inspection of your empty home with a photo report after every visit. Concierge is on-request help with a specific job, like letting in the A/C technician or stocking groceries. Most owners use home watch all season and add concierge when they need it.

Choose 4 visits for summer, hurricane season and long absences, when problems grow fastest. 1 visit is a light monthly check-in, and 2 visits suit shorter trips and cooler, drier months. Four visits also cost less per visit.
