Concierge Elite is our highest level of care. Twice a week, True North completes our 24-point inspection of your home and sends a timestamped photo report. Each month you also get four hours of concierge help, and a quarterly review of your home's condition.
Visits twice a week mean a leak, a failed A/C or storm damage is seen within a few days. It is built for owners of larger homes who want their property watched very closely and want one team handling both the checks and the errands.
It is one flat price of $795 a month for homes up to 5,000 sq. ft., priced below buying the visits and concierge time separately. Homes over 5,000 sq. ft. receive a quote. Estate Watch is the step down, with four visits and two concierge hours.
