Can you stock my fridge before I arrive?
Yes. Send us your shopping list and we'll stock your fridge and pantry before you land. Grocery and household stocking is a $75 flat fee plus the cost of your purchases.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend help?
Yes. Non-scheduled, emergency and after-hours response is available to our clients with a one-hour minimum. It's $45 per half-hour for standard requests, and $75 per half-hour for nights, weekends and federal holidays.
Can you be my key holder for the alarm company and my HOA?
Yes. True North can securely hold a key, act as your local contact when the alarm company calls, and handle gate access lists, transponders and HOA vendor forms. After a storm, we can also let insurance adjusters and contractors into your home. Ask us about pricing for your home.
