If your alarm company calls us, we can go to your home, check it and report back to you. After any alarm response you receive a photo report showing what we found, so you are not left guessing from a phone call alone. We do not disable or reset your alarm system unless you authorize it.

Can my vendors use the key you hold?
We use the key to let in vendors you approve, such as an A/C technician, plumber or contractor. You tell us who is coming and when, and we meet them at your home. For gate and HOA access lists, our Gate & HOA Vendor Registration add-on pairs well with key holding.

No. It works alongside your alarm company, not in place of it. Your alarm company still handles the alarm itself and contacts the people on your list. True North is the local key holder who checks the home and reports back. We also do not promise a specific response time.
