Homecoming wake-up visit
The first Homecoming visit, about 2 to 3 days before you arrive: a 24-point walkthrough, water and water heater back on, fixtures flushed and A/C set.
Homecoming welcome visit
The second Homecoming visit, on arrival day: stocking from your list, patio set out, blinds opened and a final walkthrough with a ready report.
First month of Signature Watch
Four weekly home watch visits, each a 24-point interior and exterior inspection of your home.
Post-departure preparation
When you leave, we prepare and close your home properly, tailored to your request, so it is set for your time away.
Photo reports throughout
A timestamped photo report after the visits in your bundle, so you can see your home at every step.
A call if needed

Does the bundle cover the whole season?
The bundle includes your first month of Signature Watch, which is four weekly visits. It does not cover a full season of watching. If you want to continue after the first month, ask us about a home watch plan that fits your schedule and your home size, and we will explain the options.
What is not included?
Groceries are billed at cost, and your cleaning or pool company bills you directly. Repairs and other third-party costs are separate. Our visits are visual inspections where we report problems and can coordinate vendors with your approval, but we do not make repairs ourselves or guarantee outcomes. Ask us for details.
