Signature Watch is our most complete monthly plan. About once a week, a True North team member completes our 24-point inspection of your home, inside and out, and sends a timestamped photo report so you can see what we saw.
Weekly visits mean a leak, a failed A/C or storm damage is seen within about a week at most. That matters most in a Southwest Florida summer, when heat and humidity move quickly, and through hurricane season, which runs June 1 to November 30.
The price is a flat monthly amount based on home size: $200, $240, $280 or $360 for homes up to 5,000 sq. ft., or about $50 to $90 a visit. That is the lowest cost per visit of our monthly plans. Homes over 5,000 sq. ft. receive a quote.

Four visits every month
Visits fall about a week apart. We agree the rhythm with you at your walkthrough so the schedule stays predictable.
24-point inspection
Each weekly visit covers 13 interior and 11 exterior checkpoints, photographed and timestamped, so reports are consistent week to week.
Leak and moisture checks
We check under accessible sinks and visible plumbing, scan ceilings, walls and floors for stains, and run designated faucets and toilets.
Humidity and A/C
We record temperature and humidity every week, confirm the A/C is cooling and check that the thermostat is set as you asked.
Weekly storm-damage look
We check for wind, rain and debris damage, and view the roof, soffit and gutters from the ground, so damage is spotted early.
Security and signs of entry
We confirm doors and windows are secure, and look for pry marks, broken glass or tampering. We call you right away if we find any.
Pests and odors
Weekly visits catch visible pest activity, mildew or odd smells sooner, inside and out, before they spread.
Photo report every visit

Does Signature Watch include hurricane protection?
No. Signature Watch checks for storm damage at every weekly visit, but the Hurricane Protection Package is a separate per-storm service with priority pre-storm and post-storm inspections. It is $450 or $600 a storm, depending on home size. Ask us how the two work together. Because storm services are priced per storm and plans are priced per month, we confirm both with you.
What does Signature Watch not cover?
Signature Watch is a visual inspection of accessible areas. We do not make repairs, install shutters or guarantee that nothing will go wrong. If we find a problem we call you and, with your approval, can coordinate a vendor, who bills you directly. Homes over 5,000 sq. ft. receive a quote.
