What is a home watch service?
Home watch is a regular visual inspection of a vacant or seasonally-occupied home. True North checks your home inside and out and sends a detailed, timestamped photo report after every visit so you always know it's safe.
How much does home watch cost?
Plans are a flat monthly rate based on your home's size and how often we visit — from $75/month (under 2,000 sq. ft., 1 visit) to $360/month (3,501–5,000 sq. ft., 4 visits). Larger homes get a quick on-site quote.
How often should my home be checked?
You choose 1, 2 or 4 visits per month. Many seasonal homeowners choose 4 visits (weekly) while away, especially during summer storm and humidity season.

Do you help with hurricanes?
Yes. Our Hurricane Protection Package provides priority pre-storm prep and post-storm inspection with photo documentation for insurance — a flat fee of $450 (up to 2,500 sq. ft.) or $600 (2,501–5,000 sq. ft.) per storm.
What concierge services do you offer?
Vendor access and coordination, delivery and installation supervision, grocery and household stocking, pre-arrival and post-departure preparation, and vehicle/golf cart assistance. Non-scheduled, emergency and after-hours response is also available to clients with a one-hour minimum: $45 per half-hour for standard requests, and $75 per half-hour for nights, weekends and federal holidays.

How will I know what you found?
After every visit you receive a digital report with timestamped photos. If anything needs attention, we contact you right away and can coordinate a trusted vendor.
