Storm services: After a storm, roads or your neighborhood may be closed or unsafe because of damage in the area, so access to your property can be delayed. Because we live and work locally, we know right away when your area reopens and we come to your home as soon as it is safe.

How much does home watch cost in Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs?
True North home watch costs $75 to $130 a month for 1 visit, $110 to $190 for 2 visits and $200 to $360 for 4 visits, for homes up to 5,000 sq. ft. The price is the same in every community we serve and depends only on your home's size and how often we visit.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. Our monthly plans are flat prices with no per-visit math. Groceries, repairs and third-party vendor fees are billed at cost only when you ask us to arrange them, and add-ons are quoted before we do them.
What does a single visit cost?
On a monthly plan, a visit works out to about $50 to $130 depending on home size and frequency. The 4-visit plans have the lowest cost per visit. Use the estimator on this page to see your exact numbers.
How much are concierge services?
Vendor access and delivery supervision are $35 per half-hour with a one-hour minimum. Grocery stocking is $75 plus purchases, pre-arrival and post-departure prep start at $75, and vehicle and golf cart help is $75. See concierge services.

The Hurricane Protection Package is $450 per storm for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. and $600 for 2,501 to 5,000 sq. ft. It covers both the pre-storm and post-storm visits. See hurricane protection.
