The Rental Ready Bundle packages three services that rental owners often need around a guest stay: a Vacation Rental Turnover Clean, one hour of Contractor & Vendor Access, and an Extra Home Watch Visit. Together they help each guest arrive to a ready, checked home.
Each piece does a different job. The turnover clean resets the home between guests. The vendor hour lets us meet a technician or contractor so you do not have to be there. The extra home watch visit is a full visit with a timestamped photo report, so you see the home's condition for yourself.
The bundle is $260 for homes up to 1,500 sq. ft. and $335 for homes from 1,501 to 3,000 sq. ft. Booked separately, those same services come to $295 and $395, so the bundle costs less than booking each service separately. Guest supplies for the restock are billed at cost, and larger homes receive a quote.

Are guest supplies included in the bundle price?
No. The turnover includes restocking guest essentials, but the supplies for that restock are billed at cost, in addition to the bundle price. Tell us what your guests usually need, and we confirm the details with you before the turnover. The bundle price covers the services, not the supplies themselves.
What if my vendor needs more than one hour?
The bundle includes one hour of vendor access. If your vendor needs more time, we confirm the extra time with you before it is added. On its own, Contractor & Vendor Access is $35 per half-hour with a one-hour minimum, so you can see how longer visits are priced. Call us and we confirm the details.
What are the limits of this bundle?
We clean, check and report. We do not repair damage, and any vendor we arrange bills you directly.
