What is the Homecoming Package?
The Homecoming Package is True North Home Watch's season-opening service for Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs homes. In two visits we wake the house up, turn the water and water heater back on, flush every fixture, set the A/C, start your vehicles, stock the fridge and send a photo report, so your home is ready the moment you arrive.
How much does the Homecoming Package cost?
It's $295 for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. and $395 for homes from 2,501 to 5,000 sq. ft. Groceries are billed at cost with a receipt, and your cleaning or pool company bills you directly. Homes over 5,000 sq. ft. receive a quote.
When should I reach out?
We recommend contacting us at least 7 days before you arrive. That gives us time to schedule the wake-up visit 2 to 3 days ahead, line up your cleaners and shop from your list. If your plans are closer than that, call (239) 301-8657 and we'll do our best.
Why do you visit 2 to 3 days before I arrive?
A home that's been closed for months needs time. Running the A/C for a couple of days brings the temperature and humidity down, the water heater needs time to heat, and flushing the lines clears stale water. It also leaves time to fix anything we find.
Do I need a home watch plan to book it?
No. Anyone in our service area can request the Homecoming Package. Home watch clients benefit most because we already know the home. See home watch plans.
What if you find a problem during the wake-up visit?
We call you right away with photos. With your approval we can line up a plumber, A/C technician or other vendor so it's fixed before you land. Repairs and vendor fees are billed separately.
