The Storm Ready Bundle puts three storm-season services in one arrangement. The first is the Hurricane Protection Package: a priority visit before a named storm and another after it. The second is your first month of Standby Generator Check. The third is your first month of Key Holding & Alarm Call Response.
Each piece covers a different need. The storm visits secure outdoor items, check the home and document its condition before and after the storm. The generator check is a visual look at your standby generator. Key holding means we hold a key and can serve as your local key holder when your alarm company calls.
The bundle costs about 10% less than booking each piece separately. Pricing depends on home size, and homes over 5,000 sq. ft. receive a quote. Because the generator check and key holding are monthly add-ons, we confirm with you how they continue after the first month.

What happens after the first month of generator checks and key holding?
The bundle includes the first month of each. Both are monthly add-ons that attach to a home watch plan, so we talk with you about whether and how to continue them, and confirm the details and pricing before anything changes. Nothing continues without your agreement, and we do not add charges you have not approved.
Do I need a home watch plan?
The bundle works with home watch plans, and monthly add-ons are normally billed along with a plan. We confirm with you how your first month is set up. If you do not have a plan yet, see our home watch plans or ask us during the free walkthrough and we will explain the options.

Will you test or service my generator, or install shutters?
No. The generator check is a visual look at the generator and the area around it. Servicing, test runs and fueling need your generator technician. We also do not install shutters or make repairs; we can coordinate vendors with your approval, and they bill you directly for their work. Ask us if you are unsure who to call.
